Our
Performance
Cylinder Heads have
shown proven performance after being used on the fastest
naturally aspirated 5.7L stock block HEMI Truck and on the
two fastest stock block power added HEMI Trucks in the
country!
What were once known as simply our "Big Valve Heads" have been replaced
with the "Premium Big Valve Heads" line. The new Premium Big Valve Heads have the Manley valves with
the pro-flow shape. Valve sizes are 2.10"/1.625 for the 6.1 and 2.02/1.575 for the 5.7
head.
The new Manley valves will be running single groove locks with high quality
Crower keepers and retainers which blow everything else we've seen away in
quality. Essentially, the Premium Big Valve Heads are the best quality
components that we can source with the Manley valves and Crower locks and
retainers.
If the intended valve lifts are under 0.580/0.566" exhaust
for the 6.1 heads and 0.566/0.566" for the 5.7 heads the OEM 6.1 springs are the
best option, as they have sufficient rate for the fast ramp cams that are out
and are the most reliable springs available. For higher lifts contact us
for the various options in valve springs, locators, seals.

The ports are the same for our
standard chamber head but I showed the big chamber head which is designed as
a retrofit head for 03-08 5.7 HEMI. The big chamber heads on a 03-08 5.7
hemi engine will yield approximately a 10-3/4 compression ratio which will
allow a pretty healthy cam to be used without reducing cylinder pressure to
a detrimental level.
The Inertia '09+ Hemi heads feature a directional vein as can be seen in the
photos and a 6 angle valve job on the intake and a proprietary full radius
valve job on the exhaust. |

applications. ARPĀ® high performance cylinder head stud kits are precision
centerless-ground and thread-rolled to Mil-S-8879 specs. Their black oxide
finish protects them from wear and corrosion, and ARP throws in hardened
parallel washers for uniform load distribution and accurate torque

slack from your valve train and there by lessening excessive valve
